At Domotica we strive to make your shopping experience a pleasant and rewarding one. With this in mind we clearly detail our Terms and Conditions of trading, which are offered in addition to your statutory rights.

For your convenience we have provided a 24 hour secure on-line order service.

All prices displayed on our site are inclusive of VAT and exclusive delivery charges. Payment can be made by bank transfer. You can pay for items in Thai bath.


The delivery charge is THB 500.00 per order
Free delivery is applied to all orders over THB 100,000.00 .

Normal delivery service is provided by EMS based on a 2-3 days, Monday to Friday except Bank Holidays, were items are in stock.

Normal delivery service is provided by TNT ( or DHL ) based on a 3-5 days, Monday to Friday except Bank Holidays, were items are in stock.


We make every effort to ship all orders as fast as possible. We have access to stock of the most popular items. Non-stocked items are ordered directly with the factory and shipped to you. In some cases, delivery times can be longer than indicated on each product description web page. It is not our policy to split orders as this incurs additional shipping charges.


You have the right to cancel your contract with us. The period in which you can exercise this right is 2 days, beginning the day after the goods are order.

Once notified of your intent to cancel we will refund your original method of payment within 30 days, the cost of returning the goods must be paid by the customer. If you wish to exercise this right please contact us within the 2 day period at sales support.


Items may be returned only with prior written authorization from Domotica Customer Services upon request. Upon authorization, a Return Good Authorization (RGA) form will be issued to the customer based on the following terms and conditions:

1a. Product must be new and unopened and in original carton. Any product received opened or used will be subject to return or no credit issued.
1b. Product must be defective in materials or workmanship from the manufacturer.

2. All defective returns must be properly packaged. Any returned units that have been damaged in shipping due to insufficient packaging will be subject to no credit issued.

3. Products must still be within our standard warranty period. Out-of-date products are subject to return or no credit issued.

4. Goods returned are only for those products previously authorized and listed on the (RGA) form. Any unauthorized returned products are subject to return or no credit issued.

5. A minimum of 25% restocking charge will apply to any approved new material returns.

6. All postage / shipping and duties on returned goods are the responsibility of the customer.


The ONLY information we collect are the details you provide to us so as we can process your order, for example, name, address, email and telephone details. All information is collected lawfully and in accordance with the data protection. This information is for our internal use only and will only be used to notify you of any offers and updates. If you do not wish us to do so please email and we remove your details. If you wish to contact us about a privacy issue the please email sales support.


We endeavor to ensure that all the information displayed on our site is accurate. We cannot accept responsibility for any information provided by a third party, contained within our site, or for the contents of any links from our site. Product images are for illustration purposes only and actual products may differ from those shown. Product descriptions and specifications are meant as a guide only and cannot be guaranteed accurate.

In the unlikely event that an item is priced incorrectly, we reserve the right to withdraw the item from sale at any point prior to dispatch. If you are unsure about the information supplied on any product please email sales support.
